By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ck444apps platform at ck444apps.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ck444apps with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that term or any other term, and ck444apps's failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

ck444apps reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ck444apps will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ck444apps platform after any changes take effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use ck444apps, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck444apps enforces a strict minimum age policy and underage gambling is absolutely prohibited on this platform.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi national accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not permitted to use this platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of ck444apps, nor an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written consent from ck444apps management.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the ck444apps platform for any reason, including self-exclusion requests or disciplinary closure.

ck444apps reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and/or residency from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on ck444apps, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules govern account creation and ongoing account security obligations.

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on ck444apps. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. ck444apps will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck444apps immediately via the support team. ck444apps will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress.
• OTP verification: ck444apps uses one-time password (OTP) verification via registered mobile number as an additional layer of account security. You must ensure your registered mobile number is accurate and accessible to you at all times.

ck444apps reserves the right to conduct enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, following any unusual account activity, or at any time at ck444apps's sole discretion. KYC verification may require submission of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on ck444apps are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on ck444apps:

• Personal accounts only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the ck444apps account holder name — are prohibited and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• Deposit reference codes: Each deposit request generates a unique transaction reference code. You must include this code in the description or reference field of your mobile wallet or bank transfer. Deposits made without the correct reference code may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal verification: First-time withdrawal requests will require completion of KYC identity verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within one business day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal to deposit method: ck444apps applies the principle of returning funds via the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• No platform deposit fees: ck444apps does not charge fees on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck444apps bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status. Contact support for details applicable to your account.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ck444apps platform. Specific rules for individual games, sports markets, and promotional events may supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the ck444apps system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets in a pending or unconfirmed state are not binding on ck444apps.
• Odds and prices: Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. ck444apps reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by ck444apps at any time without prior notice.
• Certified random outcomes: All casino games on ck444apps use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from our licensed game studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. ck444apps does not manipulate or interfere with any game outcome.
• Return-to-Player (RTP): RTP percentages for individual slot and casino games are set by the game studio and are available within the game information panel. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live game round or in-play bet, ck444apps's system record of the bet or game state at the time of disconnection shall be the authoritative record. ck444apps is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet interruptions.
• Void and cancelled bets: ck444apps reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or concluded under exceptional circumstances that materially differ from the conditions at the time the bet was accepted. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Disputes regarding the outcome of any bet or game must be submitted to the ck444apps support team within 72 hours of the relevant event or game round concluding. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. ck444apps's decision on any dispute is final, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

From time to time, ck444apps offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms govern all bonus and promotional activity on the platform.

• Specific promotion terms apply: Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is bonus abuse and constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories — typically live sports in-play markets with very short time horizons, or games with an RTP above a defined threshold — may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Right to withdraw promotions: ck444apps reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse is detected or suspected.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred to another player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck444apps platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Opening or operating more than one ck444apps account.
• Using another person's payment account, credit card, or mobile wallet to deposit funds into a ck444apps account.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of any sporting event or esport on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any competitive game format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over ck444apps.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in a systematic or knowing manner rather than reporting them to ck444apps support.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the ck444apps platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds, commonly known as "friendly fraud".
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, the ck444apps back-end infrastructure, or any part of the platform beyond the normal player-facing interface.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck444apps support staff or other players through any communication channel.

ck444apps actively monitors all account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using both automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ck444apps will take all necessary and proportionate action, which may include legal proceedings in appropriate cases.

ck444apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• At ck444apps's sole discretion, where the platform determines continued operation of the account is not in the interests of the platform or the player.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited at ck444apps's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at the player's own voluntary request or following a self-exclusion activation), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — ck444apps retains the right to keep a record of account data for a period of up to seven years in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping requirements. This retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
